 Returns & Exchanges policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Policy

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Swimwear and Lingerie: Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.

Tops and Dresses: Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

Procedure

Contact our customer service team(customerservice@riamoda.com) with

(i) your order number,

(ii) desired items to return and

(iii) the return reason,

to get an authorization code (RMA code). Write this return code outside the package for correct identification.Note that without the RMA code, it is difficult to identify the package, so refund process may be very slow or may even pass the deadline.

Use any kind of courier that you like but make sure to declare it as return merchandise under US$50 for fast clearance. 

Refunds and processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

All returned merchandises will be granted either as loyalty points (equivalent store credits), or a refund to the original payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal). The refund option will require a handling & processing fee of US$5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.

Please note that original shipping charges of flat rate of US$20 for orders under US$95, if separately charged, are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
