Making changes on order
Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product. To cancel an item you can Log In to your purchase history and click the cancel button, or contact our customer service team with your request.
Cancelling an order
We recommend you cancel your order by contacting customer service or live chat if we are available. However, due to time differences, we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before the order ships, therefore please contact us on cancelling order within 12 hours after your purchase.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping. To view the status of pending orders, you can visit the track your order page on footer menu to view the details and status of each order by inserting given tracking number.
